وَالذَّارِيَاتِ By those scattering

Waalththariyati

ذَرْوًا dispersing

tharwan
ذ ر و
١

ذَرَا ذَرَا

By the particles that are blown away (dust of the wind, dispersed, note: water in clouds condenses around dust to form rain).REF: Depending on weather conditions, water molecules will combine with tiny particles of dust, salt, and smoke in the air to form cloud droplets, which combine and grow and develop into clouds, a form of water we can see. Cloud droplets can vary greatly in size, from 10 microns (millionths of a meter) to 1 millimeter (mm), and even as large as 5 mm. This process occurs higher in the sky where the air is cooler and more condensation occurs relative to evaporation. As water droplets combine (also known as coalescence) with each other, and grow in size, clouds not only develop, but precipitation may also occur. Precipitation is essentially water in its liquid or solid form falling from the base of a cloud.https://www.usgs.gov/special-topics/water-science-school/science/condensation-and-water-cycle

سَمَا بَنَى أود وَسُعَ

And the universe, We made it with our hands and are expanding it. (Note: Ref. NASA, " The universe is getting bigger every second. The space between galaxies is stretching like dough rising in the oven. The new estimate of the Hubble constant is 74 kilometers (46 miles) per second per megaparsec. This means that for every 3.3 million light-years farther away a galaxy is from us, it appears to be moving 74 kilometers (46 miles) per second faster as a result of the expansion of the universe.)."
