We did not make any owners (wardens) of the Fire except angels, and We made their count (number) for testing of those who did not believe; so, that those, given the Book, may attain certainty; and it increases the faith of the believers, and not to be doubtful for those who are given the Book and the believers; and those who have sickness in their hearts and the nonbelievers will say, “What is it that Allah desires with this example?” That is how Allah leaves misguided whom He Desires and guides whom He Desires. Nobody knows your Rabb's army except Him. This is nothing but a remembrance for man.
