قَالَ فتر حَقَّ رَبَّ نَذَرَ قَامَ أتى نَذَرَ قَبِلَ هَدَى
Or do they say, “He (Mohammed -صلى الله عليه وسلم Salla Allahu Alayhi wa Sallam -Peace Be Upon Him) fabricated (The Quran).” But this (Al-Quran) is the Truth from your Rabb for you to warn the people; No Warner has come to them before you, so that they may be guided.
کیا یہ لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ اس شخص نے اِسے خود گھڑ لیا ہے؟ نہیں، بلکہ یہ حق ہے تیرے رب کی طرف سے تاکہ تو متنبہ کرے ایک ایسی قوم کو جس کے پاس تجھ سے پہلے کوئی متنبہ کرنے والا نہیں آیا، شاید کہ وہ ہدایت پا جائیں

إِلَٰه خَلَقَ سما أَ رَضْ بَا نَ فِي سِتَّة يوْم سَوِيَ عَرَشَ دُون وَلِيَ شَفَعَ ذَكّرَ
Allah is the One who created the universe and the earth and what is between them in six (distinct) periods, and then He sat on the Throne. No one is a supporter and intercessor for you other than Him. Will you not remember?
وہ اللہ ہی ہے جس نے آسمانوں اور زمین کو اور اُن ساری چیزوں کو جو ان کے درمیان ہیں چھ دنوں میں پیدا کیا اور اس کے بعد عرش پر جلوہ فرما ہوا، اُس کے سوا نہ تمہارا کوئی حامی و مدد گار ہے اور نہ کوئی اُس کے آگے سفارش کرنے والا، پھر کیا تم ہوش میں نہ آؤ گے؟

He Directs (Manages and Organizes) the instructions from the sky to the earth. They rise towards Him after a period of one thousand years. By your count.
وہ آسمان سے زمین تک دُنیا کے معاملات کی تدبیر کرتا ہے اور اس تدبیر کی روداد اُوپر اُس کے حضور جاتی ہے ایک ایسے دن میں جس کی مقدار تمہارے شمار سے ایک ہزار سال ہے

Then proportioned (corrected) him and breathed into him from His soul, and made for you hearing, eyesight and the heart, but little do you thank Him. Note. (Body and organs are sized according to earth's gravity, air pressure, etc., to harmonize with their surroundings perfectly. Thank Allah for allowing us to see, hear, feel, and have a beating heart. The eyes and ears protect life and interact with the world to make life enjoyable for humans).
پھر اس کو نِک سُک سے درست کیا اور اس کے اندر اپنی روح پھونک دی، اور تم کو کان دیے، آنکھیں دیں اور دِل دیے تم لوگ کم ہی شکر گزار ہوتے ہو

And they ask, "When we have been lost within the earth, will we indeed be recreated in a new creation?" Rather, they deny the meeting with their Rabb.
اور یہ لوگ کہتے ہیں: "جب ہم مٹی میں رَل مِل چکے ہوں گے تو کیا ہم پھر نئے سرے سے پیدا کیے جائیں گے؟" اصل بات یہ ہے کہ یہ اپنے رب کی ملاقات کے منکر ہیں

Say, "The angel of death will pass (take) you over (from life to end), take charge of you. Then, towards your Rabb, you will be returned. (Say, "The angel of death will take control of you and lead you to your Lord).
اِن سے کہو "موت کا وہ فرشتہ جو تم پر مقرر کیا گیا ہے تم کو پورا کا پورا اپنے قبضے میں لے لے گا اور پھر تم اپنے رب کی طرف پلٹا لائے جاؤ گے"

رَأَى جرم نكس رَأَسَ عَنَدَ رَبَّ رَبَّ بصُر سَمَعَ رَجَعَ عَمِلَ صَلَحَ يَقِنَ
When you see, the sinners lower their heads (in submission) to their Rabb: O our Rabb, “We have seen, and we have heard, so return us (into the world), and we will do righteous deeds as we have become certainly believers.”
کاش تم دیکھو وہ وقت جب یہ مجرم سر جھکائے اپنے رب کے حضور کھڑے ہوں گے (اُس وقت یہ کہہ رہے ہوں گے) "اے ہمارے رب، ہم نے خوب دیکھ لیا اور سُن لیا اب ہمیں واپس بھیج دے تاکہ ہم نیک عمل کریں، ہمیں اب یقین آگیا ہے"
32:13

Had We Willed, We would have brought its guidance to every soul, but My word is true: "I Will fill up Hell with jinn and mankind together."
(جواب میں ارشاد ہو گا) "اگر ہم چاہتے تو پہلے ہی ہر نفس کو اس کی ہدایت دے دیتے مگر میری وہ بات پُوری ہو گئی جو میں نے کہی تھی کہ میں جہنّم کو جنوں اور انسانوں سب سے بھر دوں گا

So, taste, because you forgot meeting this day of yours; (Now) We have forgotten you; so, taste the punishment of everlasting torment due to what you have done.
پس اب چکھو مزا اپنی اِس حرکت کا کہ تم نے اس دن کی ملاقات کو فراموش کر دیا، ہم نے بھی اب تمہیں فراموش کر دیا ہے چکھو ہمیشگی کے عذاب کا مزا اپنے کرتوتوں کی پاداش میں"

أمُن آ ىي -آية ذَكّرَ خَرَّ سَجَدَ سبح حَمِدَ رَبَّ كَبَرَ
Whoever believes in Our signs are those who, when mentioned about this, drop-down bowing and praise with glorification, and they are not arrogant. ۩ Prostration
ہماری آیات پر تو وہ لوگ ایمان لاتے ہیں جنہیں یہ آیات سنا کر جب نصیحت کی جاتی ہے تو سجدے میں گر پڑتے ہیں اور اپنے رب کی حمد کے ساتھ اس کی تسبیح کرتے ہیں اور تکبر نہیں کرتے

They avoid their sides (to sleep) in the bedrooms, as they call their Rabb, with fear and hope, and from what We have provided them, they spend.
اُن کی پیٹھیں بستروں سے الگ رہتی ہیں، اپنے رب کو خوف اور طمع کے ساتھ پکارتے ہیں، اور جو کچھ رزق ہم نے اُنہیں دیا ہے اس میں سے خرچ کرتے ہیں
32:17

No soul knows what is hidden for them as the delight (joy) to the eyes, a reward for what they used to do.
پھر جیسا کچھ آنکھوں کی ٹھنڈک کا سامان ان کے اعمال کی جزا میں ان کے لیے چھپا رکھا گیا ہے اس کی کسی متنفس کو خبر نہیں ہے

Can someone who is a believer (patient and righteous) be equal to someone sinful? They are not equal.
بھلا کہیں یہ ہو سکتا ہے کہ جو شخص مومن ہو وہ اُس شخص کی طرح ہو جائے جو فاسق ہو؟ یہ دونوں برابر نہیں ہو سکتے

As for those who believe and do righteous deeds, for them, the gardens of paradise are a place to retreat, as hospitality for what they used to do.
جو لوگ ایمان لائے ہیں اور جنہوں نے نیک عمل کیے ہیں اُن کے لیے تو جنتوں کی قیام گاہیں ہیں، ضیافت کے طور پر اُن کے اعمال کے بدلے میں

سَقَى أوى نَار كُلَّ رَادَ خرج عاد قَالَ ذاق عَذُبَ نَار كَانَ كَذَبَ
But for those who lead unrighteous (life), their resting place is the Fire. Every time they want to leave from there, they will be brought back to it, and it will be said to them, “Taste punishment of the Fire that you were denying.”
اور جنہوں نے فسق اختیار کیا ہے اُن کا ٹھکانا دوزخ ہے جب کبھی وہ اس سے نکلنا چاہیں گے اسی میں دھکیل دیے جائیں گے اور ان سے کہا جائے گا کہ چکھو اب اُسی آگ کے عذاب کا مزا جس کو تم جھٹلایا کرتے تھے
32:21

ذاق عَذُبَ دَنَا دُون عَذُبَ كَبَرَ رَجَعَ
We will make them taste the lower (more minor) punishment before the greater punishment so that maybe they will return. (realize and understand)
اُس بڑے عذاب سے پہلے ہم اِسی دنیا میں (کسی نہ کسی چھوٹے) عذاب کا مزا اِنہیں چکھاتے رہیں گے، شاید کہ یہ (اپنی باغیانہ روش سے) باز آ جائیں
32:22

And who did more injustice than him, who ignored the verses of his Rabb when mentioned to him? Surely, We will avenge the sinners.
اور اُس سے بڑا ظالم کون ہو گا جسے اس کے رب کی آیات کے ذریعہ سے نصیحت کی جائے اور پھر وہ ان سے منہ پھیر لے ایسے مجرموں سے تو ہم انتقام لے کر رہیں گے

We gave Musa the Book so as not to be suspicious of meeting Allah and made it a guide for the children of Israel.
اِس سے پہلے ہم موسیٰؑ کو کتاب دے چکے ہیں، لہٰذا اُسی چیز کے ملنے پر تمہیں کوئی شک نہ ہونا چاہیے اُس کتاب کو ہم نے بنی اسرائیل کے لیے ہدایت بنایا تھا
32:24

جعل أمّ هَدَى أ مر صَبَرَ كَانَ آ ىي -آية يَقِنَ
And We appointed leaders among them, to guide according to Our instructions; they were patient and believed in Our verses.
اور جب انہوں نے صبر کیا اور ہماری آیات پر یقین لاتے رہے تو ان کے اندر ہم نے ایسے پیشوا پیدا کیے جو ہمارے حکم سے رہنمائی کرتے تھے
32:25

Isn't this a guidance for people? How many civilizations before them have been destroyed while they were walking (iveing) in their homes? There are signs. Why don't they listen?
اور کیا اِن لوگوں کو (اِن تاریخی واقعات میں) کوئی ہدایت نہیں ملی کہ ان سے پہلے کتنی قوموں کو ہم ہلاک کر چکے ہیں جن کے رہنے کی جگہوں میں آج یہ چلتے پھرتے ہیں؟ اس میں بڑی نشانیاں ہیں، کیا یہ سنتے نہیں ہیں؟

Do they not see that we run water (to irrigate) barren lands to produce crops for their livestock and themselves? Don't they see?
اور کیا اِن لوگوں نے یہ منظر کبھی نہیں دیکھا کہ ہم ایک بے آب و گیاہ زمین کی طرف پانی بہا لاتے ہیں، اور پھر اسی زمین سے وہ فصل اُگاتے ہیں جس سے ان کے جانوروں کو بھی چارہ ملتا ہے اور یہ خود بھی کھاتے ہیں؟ تو کیا انہیں کچھ نہیں سوجھتا؟

Say, “On the day of disclosure (decision), there will be no benefit for those who are ungrateful in their beliefs, and they will not be granted respite (or delay).
ان سے کہو "فیصلے کے دن ایمان لانا اُن لوگوں کے لیے کچھ بھی نافع نہ ہو گا جنہوں نے کفر کیا ہے اور پھر اُن کو کوئی مہلت نہ ملے گی"
